The quality control log book is a booklet that is left at your office for you and your cleaning crew to check regularly. If there is something you would like to communicate you can leave a comment there and the crew will look at it on their next visit. And vice-versa, the crew can leave you a comment, if for example they noticed a leaky faucet or to order more supplies.
